This week's topic: Top Ten Series We'd Like To Start But Haven't Yet
Sharon's answers:
There are a million reasons for why I haven't read some of these series. It's not finished (I'm looking at you, ASOIAF! That series has been on my list since junior year of high school. But I'm waiting for it to be complete. So, maybe FOREVER, apparently.)! I'm not in the mood. I haven't heard of this before (which was me and Angelfire, until I started watching Tea Time). Whatever my reason, it may no longer be valid (The Chemical Garden trilogy is finally complete!) or it may not have been valid to begin with. Regardless, these are all series I really want to start but haven't yet.01. Angelfire series by Courtney Allison Moulton
02. The Chemical Garden Trilogy by Lauren DeStefano
03. Fire and Thorns series byRae Carson
04. A Song of Ice and Fire series by George R.R. Martin
05. Under the Never Sky series by Veronica Rossi
Racquel's answers:
So I definitely need to read all the series Sharon mentioned (except A Song of Ice and Fire because I'm barely trying out YA fantasy so A Song of Ice and Fire is a bit to advanced for me plus it really is just too long. I'll just watch the TV show.) plus a few others besides the one's I mentioned. I ALWAYS say I will start a series after it finishes because I hate waiting but I never really do.06. Graceling Realm series by Kristin Cashore
(Sharon fully supports this endeavor!)
Harmony brought this series to my attention and ever since, I've been meaning to start Graceling. I WILL get to it this year!
07. Jessica Darling series by Megan McCafferty
(And this one, too!)
This series sounds like the EXACT type of series I would love! WHY have I not started it yet? Sloppy Firsts is sitting on my shelf, waiting.
08. Lumatere Chronicles series by Melina Marchetta
If Melina Marchetta wrote it, I'll read it.
09. The Fever Series series by Karen Marie Moning
EVERYONE loves this series and it looks GREAT. Does anyone want to read it with me? It seems too great to read alone!
10. Unearthly by Cynthia Hand
(And absolutely this one!)
This is the case where I've waited for the series yet but I still haven't. But It's only been a few weeks since Boundless came out so it's all good!
